| Bio: | DRAMA QUEEN I’m Jess. I’m twenty-seven years old and I’m going to be famous someday. Of course, lots of stuff will have to happen in order for this state of fame to take place. For example, I’ll need to leave my current, obsolete job in college admissions, move to NYC, be discovered by a well-qualified agent, get a job in the chorus of a Broadway musical, be upgraded to the lead role, and win the Tony. But, you know, after that...it’ll be a piece of cake! Hey, it could happen! Listen…it’s my fantasy. Don’t take it away! So, as you might have guessed, I’m an aspiring actress. I’ve always had an uncontrollable urge to be the center of attention. When I was little I used to walk up to strangers in restaurants and ask them if they wanted some “quality” entertainment and then I would proceed to go through my singing repertoire of “Bingo” and “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.” And, when I was five, I made my stage debut as Gretl in “The Sound of Music.” The rest is history... Not only do I love to be on stage, I also love to watch others on stage. I go to the theater every chance I get. My favorite musical is Les Miserables. My close seconds are Bat Boy, Guys and Dolls, Kiss Me Kate, Cabaret, Rent, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Tick, Tick, Boom..., and Wicked. I’m obsessed with Broadway shows and my CD collection of showtunes is the envy of all who see it. FANDOM SPEAK I have a slight obsession with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and it’s spin-off Angel. In fact, I love the shows so much that I began writing fan fiction a few years ago. I’ve become somewhat of a pairing whore, but I still remain faithful to Spike/Dawn, my OTP. I also moderate ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} spikedawn and faithspike.And, although I can’t imagine writing fiction in another fandom, I do enjoy other TV shows such as Doctor Who, America's Next Top Model, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Supernatural, Grey's Anatomy and Gilmore Girls. FRIENDING POLICY My friending policy is that I don’t really have one. My personal posts are locked but my fiction and fandom-related entries are open to all! I love to meet new people! Although to be honest, I probably won't friend you if you're under 18. This journal does include adult themes and sexual situations. But, otherwise? Friend me, de-friend me, whatever. No pressure!
